DICE has more planned for Battlefield 4. After five DLC releases for the shooter it seemed that the last release, named "Final Stand," would be the final pack. Similar to Battlefield 3's "End Game" DLC. But DICE has more content planned for Battlefield 4 and it seems this new content will include remade maps from older Battlefield games.
On the official Battlefield blog, Battlelog, DICE hinted at more content coming in the future.
With Battlefield 4 Final Stand released, we hope and believe that you will enjoy it together with the rest of the game for a long time. However, there is one thing we want to assure you: there is more content coming for Battlefield 4.
We will share details on exactly what this new content will be, and when it will arrive, in the near future. We understand that this may lead to even more questions about our plans, but rest assured that we’ll get back to you on the future of Battlefield 4 when the time is right.

DICE hasn't said yet what this DLC will be, but in the blog post they mention how fans have been asking for old maps from Battlefield's past. They have a survey which you can fill out and let them know which maps you would want to see remade in Battlefield 4. This isn't officially confirming the next DLC will include remade maps, but it does seem likely.

No information about if this new DLC will be given to Premium Members or if they and everyone else will have to pay a separate fee.
It makes sense for DICE to continue to support Battlefield 4 as the next major installment in the franchise won't be released until 2016. Next year will see the release of a spin-off styled release. This spin-off is Battlefield Hardline and it's being developed by Visceral Games and will focus on police vs. criminals. DICE is also working on Mirror's Edge 2 and Star Wars Battlefront.
Battlefield 4 was released last year on PS4,PS3, Xbox One, Xbox 360 and PC. It had a series of issues and problems, some of which lasted for months. Since release DICE has been patching the game and releasing DLC, like the recently released Final Stand. Hopefully any future DLC or future Battlefield games will have less problems.
