“Black Panther” will be the setup film to “Avengers: Infinity War”

Although the release still remains more than two years away, Marvel’s Black Panther movie has been chosen as the set up for the Avengers next battle, Infinity War Part 1, according to The Hollywood Reporter. “This one is important,” said Marvel President Kevin Feige to Empire Magazine.  “Not only do you get an unbelievable lead character, but you also get all of (fictional African nation) Wakanda, which is a whole new culture and setting to explore.” Black-Panther-Marvel-Movie-Costume As with most Marvel movies, the plot is still tightly under wraps. Feige also went on to say that Black Panther will be a big geopolitical action adventure that focuses on the family and royal struggle of T’Challa (Black Panther’s real name) in Wakanda and what it means to be a king.” Feige states that "T’Challa’s story is very important to us as it links to the next Avengers films, which is why we brought it forward." Black Panther’s original release date was November 2017, and has since been rescheduled twice, from July 6, 2018 to Feb 16, 2018. Avengers: Infinity War – Part I is scheduled for release May 4, 2018. Black-Panther3 Will Black Panther’s main plot line include the discovery of the many Infinity Stones that are possibly located in Wakanda? The Infinity Stones have yet to be introduced in any of the Avengers’ stand-alone films. Until we at least see a teaser trailer, the story continues.
