Bojack Horseman Trailer

maxresdefault Netflix is expanding its original programming with its latest offering, the animated Bojack Horseman, which premieres on August 22. Judging by the series’ trailer the weird cartoon, which depicts a world in which anthropomorphized animals interact and coexist with regular human people, appears to follow the oddball sensibilities of Cartoon Network’s Adult Swim shows in both tone and visual style. Although the trailer tries hard to sell viewers on the new comedy, not much really stands out in the short preview. The premise is familiar, former television celebrity deals with his diminished stardom, and the jokes fall a little flat. If Bojack has anything going for it (at least with this first impression) is its impressive and talented cast: Will Arnett, Aaron Paul, Amy Sedaris, and Alison Brie (I believe I heard Judy Greer and Kristen Schall doing some guest voices in the trailer). I’d watch pretty much anything featuring that fantastic ensemble. Watch the trailer: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=i1eJMig5Ik4#t=91 What do you thing? Will you be watching Bojack Horseman on Netflix?
