Devil May Cry 4 Special Edition Trailer Shows Off New Playable Characters

"Vergil is not the only one joining the party in DMC4's remaster"
Let's face it, remastered games in this current console generation have been hit and miss. More of a miss personally because of the trend lasting longer than we thought, but some games have done it right like The Last of Us, Grand Theft Auto V and more recently DmC Definitive Edition. That is not the only remastered Devil May Cry game Capcom is bringing back this year with Devil May Cry 4 Special Edition this summer.

When it was teased a couple months back, it featured the return of Vergil, Dante's evil brother, being playable in this version. Capcom has said that he will play similar to his DMC3 Special Edition incarnation, but also mixing in his DmC incarnation as well. In addition, a new "Concentration" mechanic will be introduced for Vergil where he deals more damage the more effective he fights.
Turns out he is not the only DMC character making a comeback. Trish and Lady, both made cameo appearances in the original release, will be also playable in Devil May Cry 4 Special Edition. These ladies have different gameplay styles with Lady being more firearm-focused while Trish lacks the weapon switching the other characters have.
A new mode that didn't make the original release will be in this special edition with Legendary Dark Knight, where the number of enemies on screen gets increased drastically. New costumes are also planned for this version as well.
Devil May Cry 4 Special Edition comes out this summer for the Playstation 4, Xbox One and PC.
