Gotham Casts Another Villain for Season Two

We’ve mentioned before that Gotham season two will be focused on a whole team of villains. Now the show has added yet another bad guy to its roster with the announcement that DC Comics villain Eduardo Flamingo who will be played by Looking star Raul Castillo, will be joining the ranks according to Variety.

Eduardo Flamingo will make his debut in episode nine of season two. He is teased to be one of Gotham’s most dangerous hitmen. For him, killing isn’t just a job, it’s a form of expression. He is often armed with a spiked chain and is predicted to be one of Detective Gordon’s trickiest enemies. In the DC Comics, Flamingo is an emotionless killer who rarely misses his mark and has a (literal) taste for flesh.

Ben McKenzie (Detective Gordon) recently teased that while the first season was all about origin stories, season two will take a much darker turn. The series will also be introducing Mr. Freeze, Firefly, Clayface and the Mad Hatter in this bad guy-filled season.

To see who’s coming to Gotham next, tune in Mondays at 8/7c on Fox.
