Hickman’s Avengers Run Ending and a New Avengers Tittle

Marvel announced this week that before Secret Wars starts Jonathan Hickman will be ending his run on New Avengers and Avengers. Avengers #44 and New Avengers #33 will both be released in April. These two issues will lead into Hickman's last Avengers epic, Secret Wars. There is little we know about Secret Wars but Marvel has said, "the event that will change the Marvel universe forever". Marvel also released a new teaser image related to Secret Wars. It is a black promo image with the title "The All-New, All-Different Avengers". What does this mean? Why will the Avengers be different? Who can join the team who hasn't been on the Avengers already? Does this have to do with the colliding worlds of Secret Wars?
