Margot Robbie Becomes the Favorite to Play the Next Bond Girl

The rumor mill regarding the next Bond movie is in full swing. There are rumors that Daniel Craig is set to be replaced as Bond with candidates ranging Idris Elba to Tom Hiddleston to War and Peace's James Norton and The Night Manager's Susanne Bier being considered to direct. Now Irish bookmakers Paddy Power have now placed on odds on who would play to the next Bond girl with Margot Robbie becoming the favorite with 12:1. Starring her career on the Australian soap Neighbours Robbie has had a meteoric rise to fame, starring in The Wolf of Wall Street, Focus and The Legend of Tarzan and we are set to see her as fan favorite Harley Quinn in Suicide Squad. Robbie is a talented actress and a beautiful woman who could fit into the glamorous world of the Bond series. They is always a caveat when reporting on the bookies' predictions because they have got it wrong before. William Hill in 2013 made Guy Ritchie the favorite to replace Sam Mendes to direct Spectre - to put it into context they also included the likes of Martin Scorsese, Steven Spielberg, James Cameron and Tim Burton were on their list.
