A Marvel’s Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. LEGO Set Coming Soon?

"It May Take the Powers of an Inhuman to Resist this LEGO Set"
Independent designer Savath_Bunny's Marvel's Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. LEGO set soon may go into production after recently receiving the 10,000 supporters necessary for the consideration of the LEGO review board. The set was originally presented on the LEGO Ideas website on October 15th, 2014. Savath_Bunny's LEGO set is called "The Bus," and features the signature mobile base of operations for Marvel's Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. during the first two seasons as well as vehicles, main characters, and some of the key sections featured in the series. Some intricate details that may have helped to win fan support for the set include the seven D.W.A.R.F. drones, Agent Coulson’s car Lola, and even Loki’s scepter and the Captain America trading card from Marvel's The Avengers. 1634778-o_1945kqr941p8111rl1hf11kk2ud6o-full Anyone can submit ideas for new LEGO sets on the LEGO Ideas website, but the process is not an easy one. Artists and designers can submit proposals, pictures, and descriptions for their ideas on the website in hopes of gaining enough support from LEGO fans to earn a coveted review and the potential to become a featured LEGO set. If a model idea reaches 10,000 supporters, a LEGO review board will consider the set for future production. 1634892-o_1945lvq57msj10ea153ii621k26od-full Since Savath_Bunny's Marvel's Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. set was designed in 2014, it would need a bit of a makeover if the idea is for the set to match the storylines taking places on the current season of the show. Some of the characters in the LEGO set are no longer actively featured in the series. 1634811-o_1945lbfcl1mqs1d3ptb38el1bgd1-full Of course, this set could also be produced first and then followed by additional "waves" of new LEGO designs. That would allow the changes that take place in the series to become new sets or set additions, with new characters and other items added each time. For example, this set features the usual characters with the additional of Victoria Hand, Deathlok, Agent Garrett, and Agent Triplett. Futures "waves" could include Cal, Hive, Carl Creel, Yo-Yo, and eventually even Quake and the Ghost Rider from the current season. 1634691-o_1945kjip1c8f1gt81i2k1ce2o2t12-full Will this LEGO set make the cut, and become a featured design? Stay tuned to find out, and visit the Lego Ideas website to lend your support!
