Resident Evil Revelations 2 Gets a Release Date and Other New Details

"Fear not Resi fans! Big man Burry Burton is back in Resident Evil Revelations 2!"
Yesterday, Capcom hit fans with a big bundle o' Resident Evil Revelations 2 news. First up, they announced some release dates and other details for the game's episodic format. Episode 1 comes out on February 18th, Episode 2 on February 24th, the third  on March 3rd and the final episode on March 11th. There'll also be a disc-based release of all the episodes on March 13th.
Each episode will be available on PSN, XBL & Steam for £4.99/€5.99/$5.99 per episode or, if you'd prefer, £19.99/€24.99/$24.99 for the whole series. If you go for the latter option you'll get some extra content including some Raid mode content and two smaller episodes focusing on the two new characters, Moira Burton and Natalia Korda.
Similarly, if you plump for the retail disc version you'll get all that stuff plus some extra costumes, the ability to play as Wesker in Raid mode, and the Throwback Stage Pack, which features four Raid stages based on levels from older games in the series.
Capcom also confirmed some of the information that was leaked a few weeks ago. Namely that fan-favorite Barry Burton would be returning as a playable character, showing up on the island to search for his daughter. One can only hope that his dialogue is as brilliantly awful as it was in the first game.
