Star Wars Moves to Marvel

In 2012 Lucas Films made a $4 billion deal with Disney. In 2009 Marvel also made a deal to be owned by Disney. After these deals were made all comic and Star Wars fans were wondering when Star Wars would come back to Marvel Comics since they are both owned by the same company. That day has finally come! This week Dark Horse announced the end of their Star Wars run. Marvel comics will be taking over the franchise. In 2015 Marvel will start publishing comic books and graphic novels related to Star Wars. This is not the first time Marvel has published Star Wars comic books. They used to own the Star Wars rights in 1977, but Dark Horse took over in 1991. What do you guys think about the move? Will you be buying Star Wars comics in 2015?
