During last week’s E3, we saw Nintendo utilize their strongest properties to give the Wii U a well-needed library. While we weren’t really shocked with the return of a old friend, we have to really look at them and ask why.
Still believing the Wii U can “find its audience,” Ubisoft will still support Nintendo’s newest console. However, they won’t be delivering the same amount of love we saw at launch.
Yesterday, eager Nintendo fans got the chance to try out several newly announced titles at Best Buy and Super Mario 3D World was one of them.
Two of the biggest games this year, Pokémon X and Pokémon Y, are coming out in mere months and we still don’t know much about it. Thankfully The Pokémon Company had a roundtable discussion which showed off some really big advancements to the franchise in addition to new Pokémon.
Instead of a press conference, Nintendo opted to do a Nintendo Direct for this year’s E3. However, the hits nonetheless came forth with new installments of Mario, Mario Kart, Donkey Kong and of course Super Smash Bros!
If a leaked ad from a Best Buy proves true, many of the titles that Nintendo is bringing are titles we know much about already. If you were going, make sure to double check, your location might not be doing it anymore!
