Chasing Life Renewed, Witches of East End Cancelled

After one season, ABC Family relives Chasing Life, but Lifetime’s Witches of East End isn’t as lucky. Barely finishing up their second season in October the show has been cancelled. abc-family-lifetime-02 In ABC Family’s drama, April (Italia Ricci) at the age of 24 has been diagnosed with cancer. In a state of shock and disbelief the only support she can lean on is her family. According to Hollywood Reporter, the first season had an average of 1.17 million viewers. Chasing Life will air a Christmas special on Tuesday, December 9. On the other hand, the show that starred Jenna Dewan Tatum has been let go. The show followed a mother and her two daughters who find out they are the family’s next generation of witches. abc-family-lifetime-01 The finale of season two left many things untied. Unfortunately for Lifetime’s Witches of East End fans, they will need to use their own imagination to fill in the gaps. Ending in a cliffhanger, the show won’t get a chance to answer the questions season two left behind.
