Eidos Montreal and Sqaure-Enix have officially announced Deus Ex: Mankind Divded. The game is a sequel to the 2011 Deus Ex: Human Revolution.
Earlier this week Deus Ex: Mankind Divided was leaked. Quickly following the leak Game Informer revealed that the sequel was their next cover story. Square-Enix and Eidos Montreal also confirmed the game's existence on Twitter after the leak.
Today, they have released a trailer for Deus Ex: Mankind Divided. Sadly it's just a CGI trailer, no gameplay. But it does show some of the new weapons and abilities Adam Jensen has. We might see more at E3, but I wouldn't expect this game to release this year. 2016 seems more likely.

Mankind Divided is set two years after the events of the last game, Human Revolution. On the Deus Ex official website they describe the game:
The year is 2029, and mechanically augmented humans have now been deemed outcasts, living a life of complete and total segregation from the rest of society.
Now an experienced covert operative, Adam Jensen is forced to operate in a world that has grown to despise his kind. Armed with a new arsenal of  state-of-the-art weapons and augmentations, he must choose the right approach, along with who to trust, in order to unravel a vast worldwide conspiracy.

You can read more about the sequel in the Game Informer cover story, available in the May 2015 issue.
Deus Ex: Mankind Divided is coming to PC, PS4 and Xbox One. No release date was given, but next year seems likely.
