Yes, Comic Book Men is (thankfully) still on. After six episodes of seeing Walt and the gang in their comic book shop, Jay and Silent Bob's "Secret Stash" in Red Bank, New Jersey owned by Clerk's creator Kevin Smith. Now, more episode are on the way and by going to the Meadowlands Comic Book Expo in Meadowlands, New Jersey, you could be picked to make an appearance on Comic Book Men. The administrators at the Meadowlands Comic Book Expo are having the casting department of Comic Book Men at the show to recruit guests to the con for the second season. The comic book expo is on June 24th, the second comic-con to be held in the NJ, Meadowlands. Come to the Secaucus Holiday Inn at 300 Plaza Rd (2nd floor). There will be two rooms packed full of comics - from bargain books to CGC graded comics! The show will run from 10-4 and the admission is $2 (or free for kids under 12 who are obviously there against their will). Parking is free and only a few hundred feet from the site (3rd floor of parking deck "C") just off of route 3, minutes away from the NJ Turnpike, route 17, Hudson county and Manhattan (less than 5 miles from the Lincoln Tunnel). The first 200 customers at the show will also receive vouchers for free admission to the July 15th Philadelphia Comicon.For more info about the convention check out their website.
