HBO Signs Deal with Bill Hader

Is Stefan on his way to HBO? It's entirely possible that everyone's favorite NYC club guru will be making an appearance on HBO, now that Bill Hader has signed a series development deal with the premium cable network. hader1 While it is possible that Hader will reprise one or more of his famous SNL characters, it is far more likely that the series will take things in a completely different direction for the versatile comedian, who left SNL in 2012 after eight years as a not ready for prime time player. Hader's versatile career includes time writing for SNL as well as writing for Comedy Central's South Park. In addition, Hader was one of the breakout stars of this year's Sundance Film Festival, with his film The Skeleton Twins, in which he stars alongside fellow SNLĀ alum Kristen Wiig, landing a distribution deal and strong reviews. There is no additional information regarding the series Hader is set to develop, but considering his background and his ability to fully immerse himself in any role thrown his way, it is incredibly likely to be a success.
