Comic publisher Image Comics and the largest digital comics platform comiXology recently announced an upgraded version of their Image Comics iOS App. The Image Comics iOS App was upgraded from version 2.0 to 3.1.
The Image Comics iOS Apps allows fans of Image Comics's series to download their comics (I'd love to add for free, but unfortunately they actually wanted to make money out of this venture). The new upgrade of the iOS App includes a new sleek design and interface, feature spotlights allowing fans to find obscure comics they may never have heard of from Image Comics, and the load times of the App have been cut down.
"Bringing the 3.1 interface to the Image Comics app is a huge win for Image Comics fans," comiXology co-founder and CEO David Steinberger gushes. "The Image Comics library is already a major cornerstone of the modern day comic industry and with 3.1 that library is now more accessible than ever."

Also, fan's now have the ability to buy Image Comics online but don't need to just read it on their computer – anything bought from Image Comics online store can now be synced with the Image Comics iOS App.
