Marvel’s Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. Renewed for Season 5

Marvel’s Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. has been renewed for a fifth season, according to Variety. The series switched to the 10/9 c time slot this year, where its rating were slightly lower than the previous season, but it still nabbed a season renewal from ABC. This also means that Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. will reach the 100-episode mark, which is always cause for celebration for any show (and a positive for syndication deals). The show's season four finale airs this Tuesday, May 16, which means that there aren’t any whispers of what season five will hold, including which members of the team will be returning for another season. ABC also recently greenlit another show set in the Marvel Universe, called Inhumans. It isn’t predicted to have any crossover with Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D., despite both having Inhuman characters. Are you excited to have another season of Marvel’s Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D.? Do you have any predictions for this week’s finale?
