Finally, the first big games of 2011 are starting to appear. Although there are only two full PlayStation 3 store releases this week they are both excellent games. LittleBigPlanet 2 is everything that made the original special, but with improvements in all the right places. And Mass Effect 2 is one of the best action RPG’s of the last few years.
As well as the big games there are a couple good smaller titles new on PSN, including Modern Combat: Domination, and the Japanese import version of the first Mega Man on PSOne.
Game Of The Week has to go to LittleBigPlanet 2. It's a special game for many reasons, but mainly because of the endless replay value that comes with such a feature packed and community focused game.
LittleBigPlanet 2 – The long awaited sequel to one of the most popular PS3 exclusives, promising more excellent multiplayer platforming and an even bigger level creator.
Mass Effect 2 – This hugely popular franchise finally reaches the PS3. You play as Commander Shepard who is leading a team across space trying to save mankind, in this large and deep action RPG.
