The red-headed model/actress Mary Jane Watson is one of the most famous love interests in comic-books and often considered one of the most attractive women in comics. She has appeared in numerous Spider-man comic book series and cartoons. Kirsten Dunst played the character in Sam Raimi's trilogy and Shailene Woodley was set to play her in The Amazing Spider-man 2, but was sadly cut from the film.
