Batman: Arkham City- Nightwing DLC Bundle Announced
It’s only 9 days until the release of
Batman:
Arkham City, the sequel to the record-breaking
Arkham Asylum which
gathered a host of accolades as the highest-scoring superhero game ever
created, and to whet our appetites even further, the publishers of the game
have announced some DLC for the title already.
Warner Bros. Interactive Entertainment and DC
Entertainment have announced the first downloadable content bundle for the
soon-to-be-released
Batman: Arkham City. Starring
Nightwing, one of Batman’s former sidekicks, the downloadable bundle (which
will hit Xbox Live and the Playstation Store on November 1st for a mere 560
Microsoft Points or €6.99/£5.49) will give Nightwing his own unique gadgets and
special moves to be used in all the challenge maps in the game, as well as
adding two additional challenge maps: Wayne Manor and Main Hall. On top of that, the pack will include a bonus
Animated Series Nightwing character skin for those who prefer the cartoon
version of the character.
The Nightwing bundle will be followed on November 22nd by
the Robin bundle pack, which will add Batman’s sidekick Robin (the Tim Drake
version of the character) to the game.
The Robin bundle will however be available on launch to customers in the
UK who pre-order
Arkham City from Game or Gamestation.
