Battlefield 4 Beta displayed on Origin

According to an advert on the Origin store, Pre-ordering Medal of Honor: Warfighter on Origin will gain buyers access to the Battlefield 4 Beta.

While EA hasn't officially announced Battlefield 4, the idea of a sequel is hardly a surprise for the Battlefield series, as it's been one of the most popular first person shooters, nearly rivalling the Call of Duty series. Battlefield 3 is still selling well on all consoles and more than 800,00 people have signed up for Battlefield Premium service.

I'm sure a lot of people will be hyped by this news. Looking at release cycles, we could probably expect an Xbox 360 release of the 4th Battlefield in late 2013, The game has been going from strength to strength with sales, due to the immersive gameplay and awesome graphics, and is a real contender to pip Call of Duty as the most universally played first person shooter.
