Capcom today have announced when Western Audiences will get their hands on the latest game in the Ace Attorney series. Phoenix Wright: Ace Attorney - Dual Destinies will be available to purchase digitally on Nintendo 3DS across Europe and North America in Fall 2013. The game will be released in Japan in July for retail but will be a download only in Europe and North America. There is also a new trailer released which you can see below:
The gameplay and features from previous Ace Attorney games return but this time will be presented in 3D making the courtroom become more interesting and realistic than before. You will also be able to move the camera around and zoom into certain areas to acquire new clues to help solve the case. This time you will also be helped by the new young attorney Athena Cykes. She has her own abilities which include being able to detect the emotional thoughts of the witness and whether it matches with what they are saying to decipher if they are telling the truth or not.
This is the fifth installment in the main series and the first on the Nintendo 3DS which will please many people who were waiting on when Western audiences would get their hands on this game, which we now know will be this year.
