(Blu-ray) *Recommendation of the Week*

Starring: Vin Diesel, Paul Walker, Dwayne Johnson, Jordana Brewster, Tyrese Gibson, Chris Bridges, Sung Kang

It is very surprising that The Fast and The Furious has survived up to five movies (very soon to be six). It is even more surprising that the fifth movie is considered the best of the series, turning the series into a heist film. Set in Rio de Janeiro, Dominic Toretto (Vin Diesel) and Brain O’Conner (Paul Walker) plan to steal $100 Million from a ruthless drug lord they have crossed, Hernan Reyes (Joaquim de Almeida, Clear and Present Danger). They have to use every contact and friend they have to make this audacious heist succeed. But on their trial is the best agent the Diplomatic Security Service has to offer, Luke Hobbs, played by the show stealing Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson.
