Double Fine’s The Cave Out Next Week

After confirmation being posted on Twitter earlier today, we can reveal that The Cave, Double Fine's multi-character adventure game from the mind of celebrated writer and designer Ron Gilbert, will be available January 22nd on PlayStation Network and the Wii U's eShop, and January 23rd on Xbox Live Arcade and Steam.

The Cave puts player-chosen three-character parties into a strange, animate cave that speaks as you explore it offering what seems some mysterious storylines and some great co-op adventures.

 will cost $14.99 on PSN, Wii U, and Steam, and 1200 Microsoft Points on XBLA. According to Gilbert, the Steam version supports Steam Play on PC, Mac, and Linux.

We're looking forward to this title immensely and will have a review up as soon as we can get our hands on it!

This game opened my eyes to the mmorpg genre and since then have played most MMO's of which World of Warcraft was my most played. Right now I'm playing and streaming DayZ and FIFA with a few other games thrown in here and there. I've worked as a hardware/software technician for Apple the past 4 years and really enjoy working with computers. I have built/modded/overclocked PC's since around 2007 and it's a massive interest of mine. My other hobbies include video editing, carp fishing, golf and playing guitar.
