Turn off the Lights

First Video of J.U.L.I.A.

It's no secret we loves us some Indie games here at Player Affinity, and we're very excited about J.U.L.I.A. an upcoming adventure/puzzle game developed by a two-person team called Cardboard Box Entertainment.  They haven't told us much about the game but a new trailer hit the internet this week.

We know that Julia will be a sci-fi game running on the Wintermute engine, and is the story of Rachel Manners, an astronaut who is awakened in the middle of a space voyage to find that she is only surviving member of her crew, and that she's been in cryosleep for decades.  Rachel must work with the ship's AI Julia to solve the enigma of her crew's death, and explore alien worlds with the help of a mobile robot, the MOBOT.

Cardboard Box Entertainment consists of Jan Kavan and Lukas Medek, who have previously worked on the point and click adventure game Ghost In The Sheet.   Exact release date hasn't been announced, but J.U.L.I.A. will be available later this year and will be exclusive to PC.  More about J.U.L.I.A. can be found on the game's website.  Check back with us for more information as it's released, and our review after launch.  See the trailer below.
