Rockstar still has a lot in store for Max before the year is up. A free Max Payne 3 multiplayer add-on is coming this August, not to mention three $10 packs that will be released in the next few months!
The next expansion for the award winning game Max Payne 3 will be a multiplayer add-on called Disorganised Crime. Additionally, Rockstar Games has announced the wonderful news that this pack will be free! They also say it will have players fighting “above the streets surrounding Max’s old apartment in the new Hoboken Rooftops multiplayer map”. The add-on “Disorganized Crime” will be adding more aggressive AI, explosive rounds, and headshot-only kills for score attack.
Also, Rockstar has changed its plans for future DLC, making the previously announced packs into three larger versions. The Hostage Negotiation pack will be $10 on Xbox Live, PC, and PlayStation Network, and will be released in September. There are currently no details being announced for the new multiplayer features included in these negotiations. Rockstar Games will add two more $10 downloadable add-ons for Max Payne 3’s multiplayer. Both the Painful Memories map pack, and Deathmatch Made in Heaven pack (which will include the content from the previously revealed New York Minute co-op pack) will definitely be arriving this October, though the exact date is currently unspecified. Finally, the Local Justice add-on, which will include three new maps and some new weapons, recently released on consoles, it will be released on August 9th for PC at a discounted price of $5.99 for the first week.
