Gaijin Games Returns With A Helicopter

Are you ready for a Helicopter Sim? No? You’re getting one anyway! Today Activision and Gaijin announce their new Helicopter Sim, Apache: Air Assault.

“From acclaimed flight sim developer Gaijin Entertainment [Il 2 Sturmovik: Birds of Prey, Wings of Prey, and… Ostrich Runner] comes its first helicopter combat game, where players control a variety of lethal Apache attack helicopters outfitted with cutting-edge military weaponry. The goal in Apache: Air Assault is to prevent terrorist attacks by raining down destruction from above in the world’s most volatile warzones.”

Now to be honest, this is not something I will play. But for people that enjoy Sim’s, and I know there’s a lot of you out there, this could be very fun. Gaijin seems like a reliable developer and diving into the helicopter business seems risky but a possible game-changer in simulation game’s.

If you are that crazy Sim man (God bless you) you can look forward to this new Gaijin game, Apache: Air Assault, this autumn.
