This week IGN Entertainment laid off four members of its editorial department. Dana Jongewaard, IGN's Editor in Chief in "expanding audience" posted on Facebook on Thursday that she has left the company. Dana worked on IGN's Greenpixel site and the Girlfight podcast. Fellow Co-host of the show, Nicole Tanner was laid off by IGN. The future of the popular podcast is unknown at this time.
Hilary Goldstein, IGN editor and chief, who helped broker a deal with Microsoft to make IGN the official partner of Halo news. As a follower of IGN, his departure was probably the toughest. Goldstein was a part of IGN for nearly ten years, but he departed after saying that he wanted to have more time to enjoy his life.
