Joker’s Back in “Death of the Family”

After a year of the New 52 with his face supposedly cut off by the doll man at his request and hanging in police headquarters almost like a grotesque trophy, the Joker is back – and he's got a plan spanning more than just several issues. Joker is taking over the Bat universe with issues spanning from October to February. Find out where you can see his happy grin in the list of his appearances in the "Death of the Family" story arc – and their Jokerrific variant covers... since most of the regular ones are boring close-up face shots with a Joker mask cover over it.  OCTOBER 2012 BATGIRL #13 (Prelude to Death of the Family) Batgirl #13 Cover CATWOMAN #13 (Prelude to Death of the Family) Catwoman #13 cover BATMAN #13 Batman #13 Cover NOVEMBER 2012 BATGIRL #14 Batgirl #14 Cover BATMAN #14 Batman #14 Cover CATWOMAN #14 Catwoman #14 Cover SUICIDE SQUAD #14 Suicide Squad #14 Cover DECEMBER 2012 BATGIRL #15 Batgirl #15 Cover BATMAN #15 Batman #15 Cover BATMAN AND ROBIN #15 Batman and Robin #15 Cover DETECTIVE COMICS #15 Detective Comics #15 Cover NIGHTWING #15 Nightwing #15 Cover RED HOOD AND THE OUTLAWS #15 Red Hoods and the Outlaws #15 Cover SUICIDE SQUAD #15 Suicide Squad #15 Cover TEEN TITANS #15 Teen Titans #15 Cover JANUARY 2013 BATGIRL #16 Batgirl #16 Cover BATMAN #16 Batman #16 Cover BATMAN AND ROBIN #16 Batman and Robin #16 Cover DETECTIVE COMICS #16 Detective Comics #16 Cover NIGHTWING #16 Nightwing #16 Cover RED HOOD AND THE OUTLAWS #16 Red Hood and the Outlaws #16 Cover TEEN TITANS #16 Teen Titans #16 Cover FEBRUARY 2013 BATMAN #17 Batman #17 Cover The title I'm most looking forward to starring everyone's favorite crazed clown prince of crime are not even "Bat" books: Suicide Squad and Red Hood and the Outlaws. I can't wait to see Harley reunite with her puddin' – and hopefully end up swingin'. And I can't wait to see Jason Todd (a.k.a. the Red Hood) come face-to-face with the man who originally killed him with a crowbar back in the "Death in the Family Arc" that this story arc lovingly pays homage to. Even if I have to suffer through Starfire. You know, on second thought... Find out even more details about the creators and plot of the series by reading my news story Joker Returns!
