Two years ago DC Comics launched the New 52 with Justice League #1. The next DC animated movie will be based on the first story arc written by Geoff Johns with art by Jim Lee. There are some tweaks to the story as you can see with this first trailer released for Justice League: War. For example, Shazam has replaced Aquaman in the film (This may be because DC is planning a stand alone Aquaman animated film in the future).
