Marvel Announces Astonishing X-Men Title

Throughout the week Marvel has been teasing a new X-Men title by revealing new members of the team every day. Now it has finally been announced that the title will be called Astonishing X-Men and will be written by Charles Soule (The Uncanny Inhumans, Daredevil). The artist for this title is still unknown. The first cover image is now fully visible showing Old Man Logan, Bishop, Fantomex, Mystique, Psylocke, Archangel, Gambit, and Rogue as team members for this new title.     Axel Alonso talked about the title on Marvel.com saying, “If you’re going to relaunch a book called ‘Astonishing X-Men,’ it had better live up to the title. Charles and his soon-to-be-revealed collaborators are about to unveil a story that touches every corner of the X-Men mythology, and the first issue alone will have massive ramifications for the Children of the Atom.
