Menton3’s The Memory Collectors Limited Series Announced

Menton3 had haunting artwork in Transfusion #1 but in his latest three-issue limited series he'll be handling both the artwork and the writing. This October, memories will be at risk in The Memory Collectors. The Memory Collectors is about a group of heroines who find out there are demons who are harvesting the memories of humans. These heroines must fight these invisible demons in a desolate new reality. The Memory CollectorsThis is Menton3's third creator-owned project at IDW Publishing. He's worked several other licensed series at IDW Publishing including the covers for Infestation: Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, Mars Attacks, X-Files and more. He expresses his enjoyment for working with the company: "It's always an honor to work with IDW... I feel so incredibly lucky to have their help to put out a very different kind of story from me. Working on The Memory Collectors reminded me of why I wanted to make comics." The series editor Denton J. Tipton had many good things to say about Menton3: "Menton's blend of fine art and storytelling produce something completely unique," said series editor Denton J. Tipton, "He's a pleasure to work with, and every new page he turns in finds a new way to surprise me." "Unique" is the perfect word for Menton's artwork at least and I'm looking forward to see how good his storytelling skills are. I have a feeling it will be quite a horrific experience.
