Square-Enix Bringing an Unannounced Wii U Title to PAX East

Along with titles like Kingdom Hearts 1.5 HD ReMIX and Heroes & Generals, Square-Enix has announced in their invitation that they are bringing an unannounced Wii U title to next weekend’s PAX East. While the only known Square-Enix title currently in development for Wii U is Dragon Quest X, it seems the title in question might be a port of an older gem of theirs.

This might be the Wii U port that Straight Right, the developers of the Wii U’s Mass Effect 3: Special Edition, announced last year when they teased that they were in the process of “porting a triple-A Square-Enix game” to the system.

To pour fuel in the fire, the Australian Ratings Board has also rated a modified version of Square-Enix’s 2011 hit, Deus Ex: Human Revolution. If this deduction is accurate, this means Adam Jensen will be reliving his adventure on Nintendo’s new console.

PAX East takes place between March 22nd to the 24th at the Boston Convention and Exposition Center in Boston, Massachusetts.
