Texture Packs For Minecraft on Xbox 360 Incoming

4J studios has today tweeted about the inclusion of texture packs to the console version of Mojangs hit game Minecraft. Popular with users on the PC and Mac versions, the addition of texture packs allows the player to use alternate textures on blocks to make a wider range of creations and make the areas and parts different from the stock tools in creative mode. 4J Studios who have worked on such popular titles as Banjo-Tooie, Perfect Dark and The Elder Scrolls: Oblivion sent a tweet earlier today saying "We have started work on texture pack support, No dates for any releases yet though.” This is exciting news as the PC & Mac versions have a magnitude of texture packs you can download and make Minecraft look just the way you want it! We will keep you updated as to when the release for the texture packs is announced.

For now go and check some cool texture packs for your Minecraft pleasure!

My gaming journey began in the Christmas 1992 when aged 6, I got my Sega Mega Drive with Sonic One and World Cup Italia 90. Since then I have played and own pretty much every console since then, just check my collection video on my YouTube channel.

Now days I mainly play PC games and got into the PC side of things when I started playing Everquest in 2005.
