Bad news for PS4 owners looking for more shiny new exclusives to play on their shiny new computer things: Uncharted 4: A Thief's End has been delayed until Spring 2016. It was originally intended for release this year, although no specific date or even time-frame was ever given so the delay isn't too surprising.
Neil Druckmann, creative director at Uncharted developers Naughty Dog, said "This game deserves every bit of the attention to detail, precise pacing, and nuanced storytelling Naughty Dog is known for, so we've made the difficult choice of pushing the game's release date. Giving us a few extra months will make certain that Uncharted 4: A Thief's End not only meets the team's high standards, but the high standards that gamers have come to expect from a Naughty Dog title."
That ol' chestnut. The developer wants more time to make their game better. Can't really argue with that can you? Well, I'm sure some will try.
