Weekend Sales – Shoot Things Cheap

Do you like murdering animals, but can't afford a trip to Africa to gun down an elephant?  Well, you're in luck thanks to the nice folks at Onlive, and Mastiff games who are bringing you Remington Super Slam Hunting: Africa for just five dollars!  That's a great price for the thrill of shooting a virtual lion in the face!  If your tastes in gunkilling tend toward the classics, like shooting aliens, mutants and terrorists, check out the other great sales going on this weekend.

Direct2Drive.com is selling six shooters for 30-75% off, the games are:  Bulletstorm for $29.97, Crysis 2 for $41.97, Medal of Honor for $14.97, Battlefield 2 at $9.97, Mass Effect 2 for $9.97, and Stalker Shadow of Chernobyl for a mere $4.98.  Every one of those sales is a worthy investment depending on your budget and tastes.

The EA Store is also offering up a hefty deal.  You can get 92 games for half off!  The only catch is that you have to buy at least two.  This includes recent blockbusters, Special Editions, and even DLC, so you can really stock up with this promotion.

If EA isn't to your liking, then how about Activision?  Gog.com has a little deal on four games by Activision, including Betrayal at Krondor, Return to Krondor, Vampire the Masquerade - Redemption, and Arcanum, all for $4.19 each.

While the Krondor games are certainly a good use of your time, nothing running right now tops the EA sale.  That's definitely our BEST DEAL OF THE WEEKEND.
