From this teaser and comments from Gillen himself, this looks to be an Ocean's Eleven style story featuring Tony Stark's parents. The Stark in this teaser imagine is most likely Howard Stark. Might that make the bombshell Maria Stark? I don't know. That's certainly Dum-Dum Dugan as the muscle. Thunderbolt Ross is a likely candidate for the grunt, and could that be Jimmy Woo as the spy? I have no guesses on the others.
Clearly, the alien is the Brad Pitt of this group.
