This time it's actually a good thing when a server crashes. It means that Dark Horse is going in the right path since the demand for their comics was so high that it crashed their servers. Nothing like beating expectations. You should actually be happy, because you're going to get more free digital goodies out of it. Here's what Dark Horse had to say:
Earlier today, Dark Horse’s iOS app and digital store went online and opened for business! Even after extensive load testing, demand for Dark Horse digital comics was still too high for our servers! Thousands of fans rushed to download our digital comics, resulting in intermittent service outages.
The Dark Horse Comics iOS digital app is now available for free download in the iTunes store and comes loaded with the first full issue of Hellboy: Seed of Destruction. While we are still working on a native Android app, any device with a modern web browser can be used to read Dark Horse comics at Digital.DarkHorse.com.
