Raven on the CW?

After a successful decade of Smallville, the CW is looking to follow-up their DC comic adaption with another, much more surprising one. Raven, a member of the Teen Titans who has never appeared solo before (the only exception being her short mini-series that ran in 2008), may be the star of the CW's next tv series.

It is highly probable that the Teen Titan's will not appear on the show and it will focus solely on Raven. The possible differences the show could have from the comic could be outrageous, considering how different the CW's short series Birds of Prey was from the original comic book series.

Raven will be written and produced by Diego Gutierrez (Buffy the Vampire Slayer). However, judging by the CW's track record (an Aquaman pilot that was never picked up and Dick Grayson's show' cancelled before it even began) Raven may not see the screen just yet.
