AMC has released the trailer for its newest drama series, Low Winter Sun.

Based on a 2006 British two-part miniseries of the same name, Low Winter Sun follows Detroit police detective Frank Agnew after he decides to murder another cop for revenge. Mark Strong reprises his role as the murderous detective from the English version. Lennie James co-stars in the series executive produced by Chris Mundy, who also wrote the pilot.

The first season will include 10 episodes and is set to premiere in the summer of 2013.
