Twitch.tv Streaming Coming to Call of Duty: Black Ops 2

As one of the biggest releases of last fall, Call of Duty: Black Ops 2 was well-received and provided a fix for all of those modern military shooter-fans. However, it did not only provided another campaign and more multiplayer for those who bought the game, it also provided YouTube streaming support.

Now that Black Ops 2 has been out for nearly three months, a new announcement has been made to those who want to stream this game. Twitch.tv will now support multiplayer games streaming. This comes from a new partnership between Activision and Twitch, and not only graces the PC with this new feature, but will also be making an appearance on the Playstation 3 and Xbox 360 versions of the game. Of course, all that is needed is a Twitch.tv account and anyone will be able to stream, once this is officially unveiled and ready to go. Right now there is no particular date of launch, but it should be expected soon.

That is not the only thing new coming to Call of Duty: Black Ops 2 as the Revolution Map Pack just came out for Xbox 360 folks earlier this week, but PS3 owners have to wait till the end of the next month to be able to buy the new maps.
