Burn Notice Movie in the Works

Now don’t get your hopes up (I know I’m a constant tease), all that has been confirmed so far is that a made-for-TV movie has been given the go ahead and will act as a prequel to the popular spy series. Bruce Campbell (Sam) is set to star and will also be a producer for the project that will likely surround Sam’s final mission with the Navy Seals before his arrival in Miami.

Comic Con Internation – Friday Cosplay and Booth Babes Part 1

Here we are again with Cosplay Friday and Booth Babes. Friday had quiet the variety of Anime, Comics and Movie cosplay giving us a bit of variety. Anyone who dresses up definitely deserves a pat on the back as there’s almost always a feeding frenzy around them of people taking photos. The hilarious thing is that most people don’t even know who the people are and so they won’t take a photo until someone else does. For that I apologize to most of these people as I created a couple of frenzy’s around them by taking their photo. Without further ado we begin!

StarCraft II “Ghosts of the Past” Trailer

Dubbed “Ghosts of the Past”, this balls-out-kind-of-campy-but-somehow-kind-of-fitting trailer is the last major signifier that South Korea’s productivity levels will shut down by at least 50% forever and that people will, people who have played StarCraft, somewhere in their lifetime will now get the bloody chance to play its sequel. If you were pretty excited for StarCraft II, you will be really excited for StarCraft II after this trailer. If you’ve no interest in it, claiming the game to be a copy-and-paste job, then, well, you can be grumpy and misanthropic all you want, because the rest of us will be playing StarCraft II.

This trailer covers a lot of ground, going back to Kerrigan being abandoned and Jim Raynor having to live with that. It’s a little unsettling to see Kerrigan a little more… “sexed up” than she was in the first game (Her red braids and her soft green eyes in the original had its own appeal… I, anyway.), but whatever. That’s definitely Kerrigan and that’s definitely a distressed Raynor with some awesome vocabulary, like “OVERDRIVE”. It’s a little silly, but after this long a wait for a sequel, it kind of works. Anyway, enough blabbing. Check it:

Bagged and Boarded – Mondo Marvel Comic Panel

Welcome to Bagged and Boarded we’re here at Comic Con and we just got out of the Mondo Marvel panel. Get ready for a lot of Marvel as we recap the panel, the people and the questions asked of the panelist.

First off C.B. Cebulski moderated the panel and the rest of the panelist include: Jeph Loeb, Brian Michael Bendis, Jim McCann, Andy Lanning and Dan Abnett and four editors whose name are not important. They started the with congrats to Loeb and Cebulski on their promotions both are basically in charge of infusing Marvel into all other facets of media i.e. video games, TV Shows, etc.
