New Deus Ex: Human Revolution Screens

Squeenix(Square Enix) has released new screens for the next installment of the Deus Ex series, Human Revolution, as part of their Japanese marketing campaign. Squeenix plans to release the game in Japan as simply ‘Deus Ex’, since it will be new to most eastern gamers. The screens mostly consist of the game’s protagonist, Adam, doing really awesome things.

The FTC has come to a settlement with Intel Corp., after allegations that the company has used anti-competitive tactics against its competition. Crysis 2 Delayed

Crysis 2 has had its vague release date of “Fall 2010” pushed back to Q1 2011, Electronic Arts have confirmed. The game, sequel to 2007’s PC exclusive Crysis, is in development by Crytek for PC, Xbox 360 and PS3.

The original Crysis, also developed by Crytek and published by EA, is infamous for its steep hardware requirements, but legendary for the consequentially stunning results – a genuine killer app.

Fable III Delayed on PC

The original Fable was released on the Xbox in 2004 and then ported to the PC shortly afterwards. Fable II was released on the Xbox 360 in 2008, but there was no PC port to be found. Which is why it was such a surprise for Fable III to be announced with a simultaneous Xbox 360 and PC release on October 26th of this year.

Haden Blackman Resigns from Lucas Arts

Haden Blackman, Executive Producer and Lead Writer on The Force Unleashed games, has resigned from his position at LucasArts. Blackman has worked at LucasArts for thirteen years, and, as well as both Force Unleashed games, has also contributed to Star Wars Galaxies and Star Wars Force Commander. In a statement, Blackman said; “While the decision to leave LucasArts did not happen overnight or come easily, I really feel that now is the best time for me to move on and explore new creative challenges and I look forward to the next phase of my career.”
